Caught in Historic Snowstorm

Natural Bridge State Park captured the Dalton Gang along with the Coleman Looper Family as they headed for Tennessee from Beattyville, KY's WLJC Television. Seven inches of snow and ice painted a beautiful postcard scene however we found it impossible to navigate the snowy roads and wound up spending the night in the Natural Bridge State Park's Hemlock Resort Lodge.... What a beautiful visit! Ever the optimist, Troye said, "I know the roads are bad but this is the most beautiful winter snow I've ever seen Papa." Tom adds, "Well, we had a great time in the Lord at WLJC and have heard from many folks of how they were blessed! See Ya'll again in May.... the 12th to be exact!"

XM Radio’s enLighten Added To Sirius Satellite Radio (by Marlin Taylor).... WASHINGTON, DC - Shortly after Midnight on Wednesday morning, November 12, Southern Gospel enLighten joins the Sirius satellite radio lineup”¦and can be heard on Sirius channel 67 in addition to XM channel 34.

Marlin Taylor, enLighten's Chief Shepherd, states that no significant changes in the channel's programming are being planned, with Daniel Britt & Friends and Paul Heil's Gospel Greats program continuing to be heard at their same times.

Just 20 miles from the SC/GA state line, Refuge Baptist Camp is conveniently located off I-85. It offers golf, tennis, volleyball, motel, 600 seat chapel and a 2000 seat pavillion.

Arts Council Announces Concert

Marla Minter of the North Alabama Arts Council joined the Dalton Gang Thursday, January 24 to offically announce the upcoming Gospel Concert at the Jerry Brown Arts Festival. The announcement was made while the Daltons performed on an hour-long television special at WMTY. A media blitz is planned two weeks prior to the event. The second annual concert will featuring the Dalton Gang and it will be at the Bevill Center, Saturday, March 1 in Hamilton, AL.
