Searching the internet for the song "There Is Strength in the Lord", I came across your website - daltongangministry.com. My sister and I had been looking for the song for some time now. Figuring it was such an old song, I had pretty much given up hope in finding it until my search on the net. The father in the family that sang this song back in the 50's - 60's preached the message in the revival that I was saved. Rev. Ed Spencer and his wife have long gone on to be with the Lord, but their memory lingers on partly in the song "There Is Strength in the Lord". Thank you for reviving this old song. I do plan to purchase the songbook so that we may sing it to hopefully bless someone just as we were blessed many years ago by the Spencer family and again by you.
